Because each Abby Stone Designs item is hand-finished and made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.
